This is Mavis Patmore.
HI MAVIS!!
Mavis is a little rounder than the rest, and she has some pretty distinctive freckles on her chubby little cheeks. She's a torbie ( a tabby/tortie mix) and has a few rusty-orange splotches and spots on her arms and belly. Her back is a blend of rusts, blacks, and browns.
Mavis is on the right in this photo. See how dark her freckles are?
So you can compare her to all the sisters, here's one of group shots I posted yesterday. Mavis is on the left here.
So, do you think you could pick her out of a crowd? Once we're done introducing everyone, we'll have to have a quiz!!
Mavis is very sweet.
ReplyDeletePlease tell me the last name is a Downton Abbey reference.
ReplyDeleteAs a Downton Abbey fan I get such a kick out of the last name of this litter. Can't wait to meet the rest.
ReplyDeleteTorbie...lovelies
ReplyDeleteWhat is more elegant than whisker freckles? Maybe the touch of ginger? Patmore, eh? I never thought of how appropriate that name would be for a kitten. Patmore? why yes, I think I will!
ReplyDeletePleasure to make your acquaintance, pretty little Miss Mavis! I look forward to meeting your sisters.
ReplyDeleteHello, Mavis, you little sweetie! I'd like to snorgle that adorable little freckled face!
ReplyDeleteWelcome Mavis! Do love your multi-colored paw. And your freckles. So glad to finally meet you!
ReplyDeleteMavis has definitely been playing in the paints. Hello Mavis! I look forward to seeing more of your adorable self.
ReplyDeleteMavis: freckles. Got it.
ReplyDeleteShe also has no white socks, right? It looks like at least some of her sisters have socks. Such a bunch of cuties.
ReplyDeleteThere's only one that has white socks.
DeleteMavis is a marvelous girl. With lovely whisker freckles. And...
ReplyDeleteI love the name Patmore and it reminds me of the name of a neighborhood in DC that would make a great litter name: Petworth!
ReplyDeleteI'm positive I won't remember any of the names because I see bits of my own two kitty kats in ALL of them... so I just feel like I'm seeing doubledouble. lol
ReplyDeleteThe best. Of course I will say that about each of them.
ReplyDeleteFreckles are my favorite. And spots. And stripes.
ReplyDeleteOK, they're all my favorites!
