One absolutely adorable orange girl kitten and one absolutely adorable black boy kitten!

And who are these Halloween treats?

They are Marigold and Poe Starling.  Marigold is on the left, and Poe is on the right.

BUT WAIT!  It gets even better!

WHAT? How can it get any better that this, you ask?  Are there more of them?

No, it's just the pair of them. But there is more of them, sort of...

BECAUSE THEY BOTH HAVE EXTRA TOES!!   Each paw, both front and back, sport an extra toe,  making a total of 22 toes on each kitten.

Nice mittens, kittens!

    1. I think they are becoming less of a rarity these days. We've had a couple (Millie and Rhoda, and maybe I'm forgetting someone) and I've noticed a lot coming through the shelter. Most recently, a litter of five had three orange girls.

  15. Aww, it's a cute little punkin and a handsome little, uh, bat-boy. And all those mittens should be excellent for batting things around, like sparkle balls. Let the games begin!
