Our Little Tradition
Many years ago, I shared THIS photo of polydactyl kitten Willamena Bouvier making a hand turkey. It landed on our favorite cute site, Cute Overload (RIP), and it put us on the map. It's the reason we first met many of you.
Every year since I've shared that image in our Thanksgiving post but this year, but because we have two adorable polydactyl kittens in residence, we were able to draw a couple of new hand turkeys and update our tradition a bit.
Thank goodness for Poe and Marigold and their precious kitten mitts!
Have a lovely Thanksgiving, dear ones. We hope your list of things to be thankful for is long. We hope that you're sharing a table with all of the meaningful people in your life. We hope you feel loved. We hope that when conversation topics turn political, everyone listens compassionately, and there is not anger, just understanding.
We hope you know how thankful we are to have ALL of you in our lives and appreciate all that you do to make this a positive place. We feel your love and support each day, and we are so grateful for that.
Have a wonderful holiday.
Love and Peace,
Laurie, Craig, Charlene, Wylla, Marigold and Poe

ReplyDeleteI've always wondered how on earth you manage to get them to hold their paws still long enough for this!
ReplyDeleteIt's always sweet to see Willamena, but just as nice to see Marigold and Poe's paws. Thanks for sharing with us!
