He tried Sudoku, but he got very frustrated trying to make "purr" work in all directions. These days he just sticks with crosswords and video games. And naps.
I don't know how I missed this beautiful set of pictures. Especially because (apologies for story time) they remind me so much of my brother, Rocky, who my family adopted when I was about 14. He was an orange/white, curious and happy little guy just like Kenneth here, and I remember on the second day he was with us (the morning after we brought him home), I was reading the paper and he walked across my arm, over my shoulder and down the other arm, before plopping down on the newspaper. Then my mom took a Polaroid of us together, and I cherish it to this day as capturing the very moment I became a cat lady. :) Sadly, Rocky passed in 1998, but I think about my baby brother and his affect on me all the time.
So nice to see the Kitten Whisperer in action!

Kitties are so smart. Why remember all those big, hard words when one "Purrrrrrr" will get the job done.
ReplyDeleteOne of my all-time favorite posts!
