You can't really tell by the look on her face, but Bean is actually a very happy cat in that photograph. I took the Christmas decorations off of the windowsill and the girls were able to reclaim their favorite perching spot this morning! Oh, joy! And it's bright and sunny out, which made everything even better!
When Bean titled her head up, the light hit those magnificent whiskers of hers. I sometimes forget how incredible her whiskers really are --- they get lost in shadows most days.
But when you get a good glimpse at them, HOLY MOSES, they are spectacular. They are wiry and wild and that whisker-span of hers is crazy!
