Why We Gave

If you look up to the top of the page, just beneath the picture of Clovis Ashby on the book, there's a little tab that says "Why We Gave."

As we've all talked about, the new fundraising platform doesn't allow us to leave comments when making a donation, so I created this space so we can leave our messages there.

So, all those words you wanted to say when you gave, just click on the Why We Gave page and leave them there.

I know it's not exactly the same, but I do like that we'll have the comments here on our page and we can easily visit them anytime -- even after the fundraiser is over. And I also like that we'll be able to respond to each other's comments, too.

So, maybe this new, different way might be even better?  I hope so. Thanks for your patience as we've sorted this stuff out.



Before I hit "post," I just wanted to remind everyone that there's a $1000 match happening now and it runs until 7:00 PM Pacific Time.  We need $815 to complete it.  It's been a little quiet around here so in order to meet it, I think we might have to start pushing a little harder.  Please consider helping the homeless cats and kittens out with a donation today. Maybe you can take care of it on your lunch break? Now, that would be awesome.
